At Pawsitive Vibez, we’re proud to offer so much more than professional grooming. Our services include professional dog, cat, and select exotic grooming; therapy animal visits for schools, nursing homes, hospitals, churches, businesses, and community events; ESA education and outreach; educational animal encounters and birthday parties; wildlife rehabilitation and rescue efforts; and community events that connect people and animals through education and compassion.

One of the projects closest to our hearts is our nonprofit community outreach program, Hanging With Heroes. Through this program, our therapy animals visit local police departments, fire stations, EMS crews, dispatch centers, veterans, and other everyday heroes who dedicate their lives to serving our communities.

It’s our small way of giving back to the people who spend every day taking care of everyone else. Because heroes deserve support, too.

  • Meet the Heart Behind Pawsitive Vibez

Hi! I’m Chris Alberts, proud founder and owner of Pawsitive Vibez LLC—a woman-owned and operated business built on one simple belief:

Every animal deserves kindness, patience, respect, and unconditional love.

Animals have been the center of my life for as long as I can remember. With nearly 30 years of hands-on experience working with well over 100 different species, my passion has taken me everywhere from dogs and cats to farm animals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, aquatic life, wildlife, and countless exotic species.

For me, caring for animals has never been just a career. It’s my purpose.

I believe every animal has emotions, fears, unique personalities, and their own way of communicating. Learning to understand them has become one of the greatest joys of my life.

As a certified professional groomer, certified in Dog & Cat CPR and First Aid, and someone who continues to expand my education in animal behavior, nutrition, veterinary assisting, canine studies, and Fear Free practices, I believe there is always more to learn. Every new skill helps us provide an even higher level of care to the animals and families who place their trust in us.

But Pawsitive Vibez has grown into something much bigger than just me. Today, we are a team of passionate animal lovers who share the same vision, to provide exceptional care while treating every pet like one of our own.

Whether we’re welcoming a puppy for their very first groom, patiently caring for a senior pet, helping an anxious rescue build confidence, working with an exotic companion, or simply offering comfort to an owner who wants the very best for their beloved family member, our goal is always the same: to create a positive experience built on trust, compassion, and genuine care.

When you choose Pawsitive Vibez, you’re not simply choosing a grooming company. You’re becoming part of a family that believes animals change lives.

We strive to make every appointment, every therapy visit, every educational event, and every interaction something meaningful, for both people and animals. The trust you place in us is something we never take for granted.

Thank you for taking the time to learn about who we are and what we stand for. We can’t wait to welcome you, and your four-legged, feathered, scaled, or furry family members, into the Pawsitive Vibez family.

    With gratitude,
    Chris Alberts

What People Are Saying

  • Wonderful grooming services for our Doodles. Our shy Doodle didn't do well going to a grooming shop, so in-home services are perfect. Chris is patient and detail oriented. The Doodles look great after the grooming and look forward to seeing Chris. Highly recommended!!

  • Chris is nothing but professional and always open to listening to what we are looking for. Be it a good shave for hot weather or perfecting the teddy bear look during the cooler months. My dog is always excited to see her, so you know she’s good people.

  • Chris is so thoughtful and caring with all animals! When it came to grooming my dog she knew to bring extra treats and was able to calm him during the whole process. I absolutely love her coming into our house where my dogs are comfortable. I would recommend Chris for any grooming needs!

  • Amazing groomers! So kind, personal, and loves our pups!! She makes our two dogs look so cute and clean! She is thorough, cleans up the space after, and takes the time to get cute pics of our dogs when finished!

  • She has groomed Archie a couple of times now and she does an excellent job. She listens to your needs and he looks great when she's done with him. I highly recommend.

  • Thank you for being such a lovely presence in our boy's lives. Our babies, Sammy and Pepper, both struggle with trust and a bit of anxiety (especially around grooming). Pawsitive's patience and kindness made them feel comfortable and always excited to see her come through the front door. Chris is also a fantastic business owner. We highly recommend Pawsitive Vibez for both the wonderful grooming and fantastic business structure!
